James Graves was a director and Vice Chairman of Detwiler Fenton & Co until his resignation in May 2006. Previously Mr. Graves became a Director and Vice Chairman of Detwiler Fenton & Co. in February 2002. Additionally, he became the Chief Operating Officer in May 2003. Mr. Graves is a managing director and partner of Erwin, Graves & Associates, LP, a management consulting firm located in Dallas, Texas. Prior to launching Erwin, Graves & Associates, LP, Jim was the Chief Operating Officer and director of Equity Capital Markets at J.C. Bradford & Co., an investment banking and brokerage firm located in Nashville, Tennessee, which was acquired by PaineWebber in 2000. Previously Mr. Graves also worked for Dean Witter Reynolds and Citicorp. Mr. Graves received a B.A. degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Cash America International and Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. He is a registered general securities principal with the NASD.
Frank Jenkins became a director in August of 1999.
He is an associate professor of Finance at RPI Lally School of Management
in Hartford, Connecticut, and also provides ongoing financial, marketing,
and business strategy consulting to clients internationally. He
was formerly the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, and Managing
Partner of Harbridge House (which was purchased by Coopers &
Lybrand in 1993) for 25 years until retiring as a Managing Director
of Coopers & Lybrand in 1998. He graduated from North Carolina
State University with a BSME and has an MBA from Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania. He is currently on the Board of Directors
of Metro West Health, Inc., Metro West Community Healthcare Foundation,
Inc., Clark, Cutler & McDermott, Inc. and the Boston Classical
Orchestra. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of
the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
