Mr. Detwiler is a director and President of Detwiler Fenton Group, Inc. (DFG) and Chairman of Detwiler Fenton & Co. Mr. Detwiler joined Fechtor, Detwiler & Co., Inc. in 1975 and owned one third of the company until the merger between FDC and JMC Group in August 1999. He was named a director of DMC in May 2000. Mr. Detwiler has been involved in the securities industry since 1957 and was previously employed with Smith Barney, Laird & Company, and Wood, Struthers & Winthrop. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Friendship Home, a nonprofit corporation. He is a registered general securities principal with the NASD.

Peter became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMC in May 2006. Previously Peter was Executive Vice President of the parent company, Detwiler Fenton Group, Inc. and President, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Capital Markets of the broker dealer subsidiary, Detwiler Fenton & Co. With the firm since December 1992, Peter's supervision of the Capital Markets group includes Institutional Sales, Research, and Trading. Before joining Detwiler Fenton & Co., Mr. Fenton founded Plus Points Limited USA, a marketing company. He is a registered general securities principal and Research Principal with the NASD.

Stephen became Director and Chief Operating Officer of DMC in May 2006. Previously he became the Chief Financial Officer of Detwiler Fenton & Co. and Detwiler Fenton Group, Inc. in October 1999. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Martino was Senior Vice President of Finance for Nvest, a NYSE-listed investment management firm. Previously, Mr. Martino served in senior management positions with First Data Corporation and KPMG Peat Marwick. He received a B.S. in accounting, graduating magna cum laude, from Northeastern University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is a Series 27 financial and operations principal with the NASD.
