Peter Fenton was elected Chariman and Chief Executive Officer of DMC in May 2006. Previously, Peter was President, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Capital Markets of our broker dealer subsidiary, Detwiler Fenton & Company He has been with DMFG since December 1992. Peter's supervision of the Capital Markets group includes Institutional Sales, Research, and Trading. Before joining Detwiler Fenton & Company, Mr. Fenton founded Plus Points Limited USA, a marketing company. He is a registered general securities principal with the NASD.

to joining the Firm, Mr. Martino was Senior Vice President

firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Martino was Senior Vice President of Finance for Nvest, a NYSE-listed investment management firm. Previously, Mr. Martino served in senior management positions with First Data Corporation and KPMG Peat Marwick.
